The Kite Ranch is Colorado and Nebraska's premier kiteboarding shop offering lessons, gear and equipment. Located on the north shores of Lake McConaughy, about 9 miles north of Ogallala, Nebraska. Kiting is a pure adrenaline rush, but without proper instruction you risk injuring yourself, other kiters and tearing up your expensive gear and equipment. So, never kite alone or without proper instruction!  "It's a path to the dark side when beginners try to teach themselves. The Kite Ranch is an official BEST kiting school and more importantly, all of our instructors are PASA certified. That's why our instructor to student ratio is kept low so we can focus on you and your learning curve. It is our mission to provide a safe and fun learning environment for each of our clients and we only use new equipment when providing lessons to ensure you enjoy your experience.
